3. Bookings and Cancellations

Specific terms for workshops, events, and commissions will be provided at the time of booking or inquiry. Generally:

• Workshops: Payment is required to confirm your spot. Cancellation policies will be clearly stated for each workshop, and may involve partial refunds or credit towards future workshops depending on the notice period.
• Commissions: A deposit may be required to commence work. Final payment is due upon completion and your approval. Cancellation terms for commissions will be discussed and agreed upon during the commissioning process.
• Ascend Calligraphy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule workshops or events due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or an alternative date.

4. Product Sales

When purchasing calligraphy tools and supplies through our online platform:

• All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated.
• Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
• Returns and exchanges are subject to our specific return policy, which can be found on our website. Items must be in their original, unused condition.

All content on our online platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, workshop materials, and the calligraphy art created by Ascend Calligraphy, is the property of Ascend Calligraphy or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. 6. Limitation of Liability

Ascend Calligraphy will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• The cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information, or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from our services.
